Refund & Return Policy

At Eon Protection, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-fit mouthguards and nightguards designed for superior comfort and protection. Due to the nature of our custom-made products, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Mouthguards & Nightguards: Because each guard is custom-made to fit the individual customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and the impression kit has been used.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective product or a guard that does not match your order details, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Fit Guarantee: If your mouthguard or nightguard does not fit properly despite following our impression instructions correctly, we offer a one-time free adjustment or remake. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your guard and provide images or details for evaluation.
  • Refunds: If you cancel your order before using the impression kit, you may return the unused kit within 14 days for a partial refund, minus a $15 processing fee.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before the impression kit has been shipped for a full refund.
  • Once the impression kit has been shipped, a cancellation will result in a partial refund, deducting the cost of the kit ($15) if it is not returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will assess your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item (if applicable) or sending a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or altered impression kits
  • Custom mouthguards and nightguards unless deemed defective
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care
